Called a "Yoga Rebel" by Yoga Journal Magazine, Jocelyn is the creator of HoopYogini™ and Bhakti Boogie® Yoga, holistic fitness practices merging dance with yoga and meditation. As an Embodiment Coach, Jocelyn offers body-based coaching to help her clients manage stress, regulate their nervous system, and find meaning within a challenging and fast-paced world.
As a Conscious Conception Coach, Jocelyn helps women and their partners connect with the energy wishing to be born through them, and become the best versions of themselves before conception.
Jocelyn's work has been featured in Essence, GAIAM TV, and The Washington Post. Jocelyn supports women with fertility, embodiment, and leadership.

Black women are disproportionately affected by infertility and adverse pregnancy outcomes, but the topic is often overlooked and underfunded. Systemic racism, including the lack of access to quality healthcare, is one of the major factors driving this discrepancy. Additionally, research has revealed that black women have higher Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) scores than white women, which can contribute to chronic health conditions and fertility challenges.
Jocelyn’s presentation will illuminate the effects of race and trauma on our fertility, and how we can reclaim our health and fertile abundance before trying to conceive. She will also share her own journey to conception at 40 while navigating endometriosis.
